Thomas' brothers and sisters

Around 1835, Thomas' youngest son Charles stated that his father Thomas had two brothers -- Josiah and William. We think we've identified Josiah as having lived in Caroline County (and perhaps leaving a widow and son there) and William is supposed to have moved to South Carolina, leaving descendants there.

If anyone can help identify these lines, it'd be terrific!
